PURPOSE: To realize the execution of proper controlling work through easy judgement of molding conditions for solving abnormal molding by a method wherein the influencing primary factors of the quality of a product are analyzed by means of grouped conditions. ;CONSTITUTION: A CPU 10 for PCM sequentially controls the whole injection molder on the basis of the sequential program in a ROM 104, while a CPU 116 for CNC distributes pulses to the servo-motors of respective shafts on the basis of the control program in a ROM 118 and molding conditions in a nonvolatile memory 114. A servo-CPU 111 executes servo controls such as positional loop control, speed loop control, current loop control and the like similarly as usual, on the basis of the moving commands, the pulses for which are distributed to the respective shafts, the feed back signals of position and of speed detected with detectors such as pulse-coder and the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
