PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable dynamic changeover of a patch application state to an OS in the case of execution of specified application without necessitating input of a patch application instruction, etc., from a user when an individual patch to be requested by the specified application is applied to the OS. SOLUTION: When the individual patch is registered in a kernel file read by a kernel reading means 5, a virtual address of the individual patch is registered in a TLB re-reading page table 2 by an application name to request application of the individual patch and the contents of a TLB 6 are rewritten so as to point virtual addresses of all individual patches to be registered by the application name.
