PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name card issuing device, a name card issuing system, an individual information printed matter issuing terminal and an individual information printed matter issuing system which are capable of immediately issuing necessary number of sheets of individual information printed matters such as name cards at need with an easy operation. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a server having a name card printing database where the name card data for every registered person and the accumulation of the number of sheets of printed matters are registered and a name card issuing device which acquires the personal authentication information of the registered person and prints and issues the name card of the registered person on the basis of corresponding name card data. The name card issuing device transmits the personal authentication data showing the personal authentication information and the number-of-printing sheets data showing the number-of-printing sheets information to the server, and prints and issues cards the designated number of printing sheets in the case of receiving and acquiring the card data from the server. The server acquires the card data from the card print database and transmits the data when the server receives the personal authentication data, and updates the accumulation of the number of printing sheets on the basis of the received number-of-printing sheets data.
