(57) Abstract The means which generate the alert warning or evasion signal according to the flight body which is presumed that it monitors the position and the movement of the flight body near the aircraft and at the same time, it is on collision course, (2) is included. In addition is a danger of collision the means which give out the alert warning or evasion signal according to the feature of the topography which is forecast that the device monitors the position and the movement of the aircraft in regard to the topography near aircraft air pattern, (5) is included. Means (13, 14 and 17), receiving the alarm signal and the topography signal, the signal is compared, in order to specify the conduct which evades the both of the airborne collision and topography collision in the aircraft, alert warning and the situation report signal which are mixed are generated.
