PURPOSE: To efficiently and correctly prepare an NC machining program and to efficiently machine a work. ;CONSTITUTION: The device is an NC device equipped with NC control parts 14, 50 and 52 drive and control an NC machine tool 30 having a mechanism part, and an NC control part is equipped with a storing means 14 to store a program which becomes a base which is the set of a macro instruction for NC control to drive a measuring means in accordance with the plane machining shape of the work, measuring means 50, 52b, and 26 to measure the machining shape of the work which becomes the object of the measuring and machining based on the program of the base, program data preparing means 50 and 52c to prepare the NC program data based on the result measured by the measuring means and store them in the storing means 14 and driving control parts 50 and 52g to driven and control the NC machine tool.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
