PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing method of dirt and offensive odor for a long time, by use of aerobic microbes which are mild for circumstances, instead of chemicals. ;SOLUTION: A plate-shaped tool for removing dirt and offensive odor of a toilet seat, in which a hydrophilic porous board material 2 containing carbon, carrying aerobic microbes and/or a hydrophilic porous board material 2 containing an activating agent for microbes, carrying aerobic microbes, and bamboo strips 4 are contained in a woven cloth bag 1 carrying aerobic microbes, is fitted right under an outflow opening for washing water of a urinal. In this way, a part of aerobic microbes is mixed with washing water flowing out after use of the urinal to remove dirt and offensive odor of the toilet seat.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
