The present invention relates to a yeast screening method for inhibitors of protein kinases specific for human and mammalian cells, characterized in that it consists in: a) expressing the substrate (s) of these kinases in a double-hybrid system in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, b) screening in a double-hybrid system for inhibitors of said kinases by inhibition of phosphorylation-dependent interactions of said substrate (s) with its or their specific partner, etc.) checking by a conventional antigen-antibody test that the selected inhibitors are either kinase inhibitors capable of inhibiting substrate phosphorylation (negative test), or exclusive inhibitors of the phosphorylation-dependent interaction (positive test).
