The apparatus to distribute a fluid in at least two directions has a receptacle (5) filled by sequential charges (6), with an outflow opening (8). The receptacle (5) has a tipping motion, forwards and backwards, round a horizontal axis (X,X') between a rear filling position and a forward discharge position. It is also rotated round a vertical axis (Z,Z') in rotary steps by a rack. The rack drive has a crown of horizontal teeth (3) at the receptacle (5). A ball joint (2,12) is at the intersection of the tipping axes (X,X';Z,Z') using a male ball (2) and a female socket (12) at the base of the receptacle (5) and the center of the toothed crown (3). The asymmetrical teeth of the crown have a rising flank which is longer than the descending flank. The projection of the rising flank, on a horizontal plane, is one-half the projection of the descending flank. The fixed teeth (13) at the base of the receptacle (5) are at an interval to form an angle of = 180 deg with the vertical axis (Z,Z') so that the point of one tooth is at the intersection formed by the common lower edge of two neighboring teeth at the crown (3). The point of the receptacle tooth (13) is located at least at the start of the descending flank of the opposing asymmetrical tooth. The offset of the two points of the receptacle teeth (13) is at least equal to the projection on the horizontal plane of the rising flank of the asymmetrical teeth. The receptacle (5) has an unloading chamber (9) opposite the discharge chamber (7) in relation to the vertical axis (Z,Z'), to bring the receptacle to the rear by the weight of the filling fluid while the discharge chamber (7) is empty, and vice versa. The receptacle (5) has a removable cover, with an upper opening for the fluid entry and two diametrically opposed stabilizing arms in relation to the vertical axis (Z,Z'). They follow the same tipping axis (X,X'), with their lower ends supported on a sliding path (4) round the toothed crown (3) forming a base (1). The assembly is formed by molding three components, to be fitted over each other, as a base (1) with the toothed crown (3), the receptacle (5) and the cover.
