Erect penis supporting ring has tapering inner surface with inner projections on one side and recess on other. The supporting ring (1) has an outer cylindrical surface (2) and a truncated conical inner surface (3) with a cylindrical projection (4) on one side, extending over the full height of the ring to compress the dorsal vein, and a recess (5) on the opposite side to avoid hindering ejaculation. The portion of the ring with the recess is thicker and higher than the rest of the ring which can have anti-slip ribs on the inside and form part of a contraceptive sheath.
