Turbo engine with improved phase mixing to pump poli-phase crude oil flow has beads in flow channels to generate turbulent eddy flow to mix liquid and gaseous phases
The device varies the pressure of a fluid having liquid and gaseous phases. It has one or more devices located in one or more flow channels to generate a turbulent eddy flow to mix the liquid and gaseous fluid phases. The flow is a single, double, or multiple swirl flow. The devices are formed by spiral beads on one of the blades and on the hub, or inside a flow channel of one or more rotors and/or diffusers. The height of a bead is between 1/5 and 1/10 of the width of a flow channel.
