Automatic curve fixing device for brake lining wear detector comprising conductor embedded in injection molded plastic component consists of hollow cylindrical insert into which spacer is fitted
The device for automatically fixing the curve (B) of a brake lining wear detector which comprises a conductor (1) embedded in an injection molded plastic component (2) consists of a hollow cylindrical insert (4) into which a spacer (3) is fitted. Both of these are arranged between the conductor and molded component. The spacer has a seating into which the conductor is fitted. An Independent claim is included for a process for producing the device comprising: (a) inserting a conductor into a spacer; (b) fitting the product into a hollow cylindrical insert and (c) bending the insert.
