A rotating motor has several sectional motors designed as multiple systems, each having a rotor (3) and multiple coils on the inner perimeter of a stator (2) that acts as a fixed axle for interconnected, turnable ciphering rollers (1a-1c). The rotor connects to a center wheel (4) in planet wheel gearing. The first ciphering roller (1a) connects to a planet wheel (5) by a rotating structure or by interlocking.
