Solar collector system without frost protection in collector and pipe system with self-adaptive thermal coating has plastic pipe compressed by freezing water
The system has a collector that can be operated without a frost protection medium. The pipe system can likewise be operated without a frost protection medium. The water coating automatically adapts itself. The water freezes in the pipe system from out to in and compresses a plastic tube (7). When heated by the sun the temperature rises in the collector (1) and the connecting tube (13) is likewise heated and the warm air circulates in the tube and melts the ice in the pipe system.
