At least one elastic pull element(9) on one side is guided through a first incision(7) in a first flat shape and held there, and on the other side the pull element is guided through a second incision(8) or opening in the flat shape and held there. The pulling force of the pull element acts upon a window-form element(2) or between the first flat shape and a second flat shape acting as a second element. The first incision may be formed outside the window-form element and the second incision formed in it.
