Implants are inserted into the jaw. Transfer aids are set on the implant and screwed to guide pegs. The hollow-ground prosthesis is placed in front of the transfer aids, bonding it to them with cold-set polymer. Guide pegs are then detached, and the prosthesis section is extracted from the mouth. Model pillars with transfer caps are set on markings and screwed to guide pegs. This assembly is cast in plaster, forming a positive impression or master model to display the jaw complete with implants. When the guide pegs are detached, the prosthesis with transfer aids is removed. Titanium shells are screwed with guide pegs onto the model pillars of the positive impression. A wax model of the reinforcing frame connecting the titanium shells is produced. The frame is surrounded by an interlocking silicone rubber mass on both sides. The wax is melted-out to form a hollow mold. The negative cast so formed, is filled-out by layers of glass fiber-reinforced composite. This is hardened by visible light irradiation at an intensity of 1,500 lux or more. The silicone rubber mass is removed. Following guide peg removal, the reinforcing frame with titanium shells is shaped, reattached by screwing to the pillars of the master model. Accuracy is tested. The reinforcing frame is secured to the rear of the prosthesis using the prosthesis material polymer. The prosthesis released from the master, is then so completed that a cantilever bridge construction free of basal contact is formed, carried entirely by a gingival implant prosthesis.
