FIELD: population biology, in particular, selection-genetic science. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining correlation of prostaglandin precursors and protein amino acid composition of longest muscle of first-second generation descendents. In case of certain positive correlation, correspondence between animal genotype and habitat is set. Method allows vitality of population by selection and animal breeding to be increased and effect of negative vector of natural selection to be reduced to minimum extent.
