Neutralizer effects of high frequency electromagnetic radiation on the human body, configured as a crystalline electromagnetic applicator comprising a housing within which are fixed the piezoceramic converter and the DC magnetic field, wherein the applicator body is formed as a thick-walled annular metal shells, the piezoceramic transducer is a fixed in the cup-shaped casing made of an electrically conductive material, with a piezoceramic disc arranged at its ends flat electrodes, the annular space between the casing and the disk with the electrodes is filled with elastic sealant, the housing is secured to an applicator housing by a sleeve made from a polymeric material and a DC magnetic field is positioned within the sleeve, wherein the applicator is provided with means for its fixing on human body, designed as a cord threaded through openings formed in the annular shell, with the possibility of moving the applicator along the fixed column.
