The present invention relates to a water treatment apparatus using a membrane and an activated carbon fiber electrode, and more specifically, to remove suspended matter and organic matter using a membrane or a filter, and to adsorb impurity ions using an activated carbon fiber electrode. The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly water treatment device, which is composed of a process of removing trace ions that cannot be removed from an activated carbon fiber electrode by using a continuous electric deionizer.;The present invention removes dissolved solids and organics by using membrane separation pretreatment, removes cations and anion impurities in water using activated carbon fiber electrode desalination, and uses active deionization in activated carbon fiber electrode desalination It is an object of the present invention to provide an industrial water production device that does not generate waste liquids by removing chemicals that have been spilled and thus do not use chemicals in water treatment.
