PURPOSE: An ANSI(American National Standards Institute) TCAP(Transaction Capability Application Part) service and protocol method in a mobile network system is provided to process an ANSI TCAP service and protocol, without protocol conversion in an MTP(Message Transfer Part), in case that a mobile network service type is changed in the middle of executing mobile network associated operations using an ITU-T TCAP service and protocol. CONSTITUTION: An ATCI_main part(51) is a process to execute table initialization and confirm the location of a main process. An ATCI_rcv part(52) executes the receiving processing of a primitive from a TC-User and the receiving processing of a primitive from an SCCP(Signalling Connection Control Point)(30). An ATCI_cmp part(53) checks the abnormality of primitive components and executes component reconfiguration. An ATCI_tci part(54) executes the assemble/disassemble of a primitive. An ATCI_trp part(55) confirms a primitive received from the SCCP(30) and selects an upper-level TC-User. An ATCI_FltProc part(56) executes abort processing when an error is generated. An ATCI_proc part(57) processes the signaling points of local and remote stations.
