PURPOSE: A method for providing CP(Content Provider) information in an AICPS(Advanced Information Communication Processing System) is provided to easily access a CP using a menu server. CONSTITUTION: A user processing module analyzes a datagram inputted from a user(81). The user processing module judges what the user requests(82). If the user requests an HTML document, the user processing module reads the requested HTML document(83), attaches the HTTP header to the document and transmits it to a TCP layer(84). As a result of analysis, in case that the user's request is a user query, the user processing module generates a CGI process. The user processing module transfers the user query to the CGI process using query values as parameters(85). Receiving it, the CGI process accesses and searches a database and transfers a searched result to the user processing module(87). The user processing module makes the result value into an HTML document, attaches the HTTP header and transmits it to the TCP layer(84).
