Multi-family online management service and intra network and contents providing service centered on cyber management office using a combination of automation technology and internet realization technology
PURPOSE: A common house online integrated management service combining automatization technology with internet implementation technology and a cyber management office-centered intra network and contents providing service is to provide an alternative proposal for a reasonable and systematical apartment management model by applying automatic control technology to apartments. CONSTITUTION: The measurement and control of various facilities in an apartment complex are carried out using an automatized management apparatus, such as a DCS, a PLC, a RTU, etc., its supplemental facilities and a T3 class dedicated network. An intra network is configured on the basis of a cyber management office derived by the management of an apartment or common housing complex to provide a web contents service.
