PURPOSE: A cyber student contest is provided to creat a character of marked indivisuality in the 21th century on the internet. CONSTITUTION: A cyber student contest constructs a cyber student hall, collects cyber student character images by allowing the users to register the images based on the users' experience, opens the collected cyber student images, allows the users to take a vote for selecting best image, selects the best cyber student image, publicizies the selected image, and produces a moving picture or a character on the selected cyber student image.
