Provided are immunomodulators, or immunomodulatory foods or feeds, which may be administered orally or transdermally, or may be ingested with food daily, without injection. DNA derived from the cells of prokaryotes (eg, Bacillus subtilis, lactic acid bacteria, amino acid producing bacteria and E. coli) is added to or shaped into food to make oral, transdermal or transmucosal administration, or to form food, feed, and the like. .
