PURPOSE: A total learning of a workplace by career development and knowledge management is provided to cut down the cost for educating employee and to store intelligence property of the employee. CONSTITUTION: A total learning of a workplace by career development and knowledge management is composed of construction of TRM(Training Road Map) and utilization of TRM. The TRM is constructed based on duties, the kind of construction work and team. The TRM divides into a whole company education, a whole company duties education, a team education, a duties or construction work education and a self development. according to education method and education type. The employee inputs the own company's number and password and calls the TRM on a PC. The employee selects education course to be want. And then, the text of education course or manual is displayed on the PC.
