PURPOSE: An ionic mugwort cataplasm and spreadable ionic mugwort cataplasm liquid are provided which have no fragrance but show medicinal efficacy and therapeutic function. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of ionic mugwort cataplasm and spreadable ionic mugwort cataplasm liquid comprises the following steps: completely dried mugwort is crushed into rough powder then fried in frying oven having the temperature of more than 120C for certain period of time then warm dried and powdered into fine powder; fine powder of mugwort is extracted by using alcohol and the extract is obtained after boiling down and hard boiling by using oven; bioceramic powder is added in the concentrated extract, dried into granules and then the granules are ground to get the fried mugwort extract which can be used for a cataplasm.
