PURPOSE: A light weight bubble concrete pre-mixed by using waste styrofoam bead is provided to use as an adiabatic light weight aggregate by grinding a waste styrofoam having a low density. Calcium sulfur aluminate, which is cement materials, having expansibility are coated on waste styrofoam bead by using acryl copolymer. The coating provides intimacy with cement member to surface of styrofoam bead, so waste styrofoam bead is not separated and well mixed with water. Low grade fatty acid alcohol is provided to reinforce adiabatic efficiency by creating fine bubbles inside the cement member. CONSTITUTION: A light weight bubble concrete pre-mixed by using waste styrofoam bead is made by drying light weight aggregate after mixing acryl copolymer 5-8 percent dilute solution, calcium sulfur aluminate 5-15 percent with waste styrofoam bead. Sodium lauryl sulfate 3-5 percent, aluminium powder 0.1-0.5 percent which is well known, cement 20-30 percent, micro grinded silica sand which is passed through a No.200 sieve are added to manufactured light weight aggregate 50-70 percent.
