PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing winding of cut segment of welsh onion and drop guidance for a welsh onion cutter is provided to achieve an improve assembly feature and comfortable cleaning of a disk blade while integrating the apparatus for preventing winding of cut segment of welsh onion and a drop guidance for the cut segment into one. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus in which a disk blade and a bush are sequentially coupled to a rotational axis adopted to upper and lower rotary blade units, and the teeth of the comb are coupled in an outer periphery direction of the bush coupled between the rotary blades, the apparatus comprising a main body(20) having at a portion thereof a plurality of teeth(30) of comb arranged at a predetermined spacing, the teeth(30) formed integrally with the main body(20) along a lengthwise direction of the teeth, the teeth(30) each having at a bottom surface thereof an opened portion(36) for insertion of rotary axis for a convenient coupling with a rotary axis, the main body(20) having at an other side thereof a hemispherical protrusion(22) formed integrally thereto, the protrusion(22) being inserted into a hole formed at a body of the cutter.
