PURPOSE: An electronic transacting system for optimizing mediation and negotiating automatically by multi-agents is provided to mediate other sides suitable for each request, to make a contract, by generating virtual agents mediating many buyers and many sellers. CONSTITUTION: An electronic transacting system, which many buyers and many sellers transacts via internet, for optimizing mediation and negotiating automatically by multi-agents, comprises a WEB server connector(20), an agent generating program(55), many buying agents(30,35,40,45), many selling agents(60,65,70,75), a mediating agent(50), and a server controller(25). The WEB server connector(20) is connected by the buyers and sellers. The agent generating program(55) generates virtual agents for acting for the buyers/sellers. The buying agents(30,35,40,45) act for each buyer. The selling agents(60,65,70,75) act for each seller. The mediating agent(50) matches a most suitable other side one by one, by considering each agent's request. The server controller(25) generates agents for buyers and sellers connected by controlling the generating program, controlling to decide and negotiate the suitable other side by controlling mediating agents.
