PURPOSE: A vacuum foaming mold of a sound absorbing and blocking material for a motor vehicle and the producing method of the sound absorbing and blocking material using the mold are provided to improve productivity of material while reducing cost by reducing processing time and processing line for the sound absorbing and blocking material. CONSTITUTION: A thin film resin(1) is preliminarily heated by passing through a heater for being a base layer of a sound absorbing and blocking material for a motor vehicle. The preliminarily heated thin film resin is inputted to a vacuum foaming mold(50). And, the thin film resin is shaped into a certain shape in a vacuum mold(51) while injecting polyurethane foaming agent to the inside of an injection hole(41b) formed in an upper mold(41). Therefore, a foaming layer(2) is formed on the upper surface of the thin film resin. Then, the thin film resin is released from the vacuum foaming mold for completing the sound absorbing and blocking material for the motor vehicle.
