PURPOSE: A business for investigating and recommending internet popularity site using icon is provided to decrease a time needed to an acquirement of an information by investigating a popularity of an internet site using an icon and recommending the investigated popularity site using the investigated result. CONSTITUTION: A home page provides information of other sites to an internet user. An icon displays an intention such as an approval and a disapproval to contents of a read site when a user reads other sites after the user reads the home page. A feedback system collects an approval and disapproval result according an inquiry of a site and provides the collected result to the user.
