PURPOSE: A method is provided to attract consumers' visits and manage consumers' information by measuring degrees of exact advertisement transfers to reduce advertisement expenses as well as enhance specialties. CONSTITUTION: A number of advertisement viewers per hour is measured and an outlay of an advertisement allotted per hour is paid to individual viewers and information- providing sites according to a certain rate. Structures of advertisements viewed by clients are characterized channel by channel and amounts of money paid for viewing advertisements per hour are indicated for the viewers to be helped to select an advertisement. A login authentication is carried out to all joint sites as clients register client information in a site, so that another registration is not required for other sites.
