The boiler has a liquid chamber (1) associated with a heating system (2), a water admission tube (3) having an input (11) connected to a water reservoir (4) via. a pipe (5) which includes an anti-return valve (9). There is a rising evacuation tube (6), for the heated water, whose end is arranged close to the top of the chamber (1). The part of the evacuation tube (6) inside the chamber (1) has a longitudinal slot (7) cut into it. The horizontal width of the slot (7) is between 1/10 and 1/3 the inside diameter of the evacuation tube (6) and preferably between 1/7 and 1/4 of the diameter.
