The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the method for non-nosologic estimation of biological timing and the onset of the lethal time. The method comprises the assessment of the aging rate according to the biological age of the patient and the estimation of the spontaneous rate of chromosomal aberrations and their types in the culture of peripheral blood lymphocytes. The onset of the lethal time is estimated within five-year period.
