'' PROCESSES TO MANUFACTURE A FORMULATED SYNTHETIC DETERGENT PRODUCT AND DETERGENT, SYNTHETIC MATERIAL BARS, DETERGENT MATERIAL, AND, PERSONAL HYGIENE CLEANING PRODUCT OF BAR SYNTHETIC DETERGENT ''. Synthetic detergent formulations are made by spray drying an aqueous dispersion or emulsion of a synthetic detergent and a hydrophobic plasticizer and optionally a filler to produce a particular product. In particular, the synthetic detergent includes mild surfactants such as fatty isethionate or sulfosuccinate surfactants. By spray-drying the emulsion or dispersion, a particularly uniform product is manufactured, which can easily be formed into bars of synthetic detergent which may include soap to form combination bar products (combi bars).
