"PROCESSES TO INCREASE LONG-TERM SUBCUTANEOUS OR DERMAL TISSUE IN A HUMAN INDIVIDUAL, TO MAKE A DEVICE, AND, TO REPAIR SEQUELS OF ACNE VULGARIS IN AN INDIVIDUAL AND DEVICE IN A UNDERMINATE DEFECT." The application refers to a process to repair subcutaneous or dermal tissue in an individual. The process involves the preparation of cultured dermal fibroblasts from a sample obtained from the individual and the injection of fibroblast preparation, substantially free of immunogenic proteins, to repair subcutaneous or dermal tissue. The process is applicable for repairing rhytids, streak marks, depressed bedsores, and non-traumatic skin depressions as well as cosmetic lip enhancement.
