"PEPTIDE, COMPOSITION, VACCINE, AND PROCESSES TO INOCULATE AN ANIMAL WITH THE VACCINE, AFFECT ONE OR MORE REPRODUCTIVE OR BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS OF AN ANIMAL AND IMMUNOCASTRATE A PIG". The invention relates to a vaccine preparation with a modified LHRH repeated peptide in which the amino acid glycine at position (6) of one or both of the LHRH decapeptides that make up the repeated unit is replaced by a dextrorotatory amino acid that contains a side chain to the which a carrier compound can be coupled. In addition, the repeated LHRH peptide can be placed in a repeated dimeric form that is suitable for the production of a vaccine that is effective against LHRH (Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone), also referred to as GnRH (Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone , gonadotropin releasing factor), for immune castration, to inhibit or affect reproductive functions or to affect the behavior of vertebrates in general and domestic animals and man in particular.
