The device is designed for using in entertainment parks,kindergartens and places of recreation and entertainment. It hassimplified structure and can be controlled without the assistanceof an operator. It is made of s static axle (4) fixed to a base(2), of a revolving axle (3) resting on the static axle (4) bymeans of an upper and lower bearing (5, 6). The lower end of therevolving axle (3) is supplied with a pulley (9) connected toreducer (8) of a lower pair of electric motor reducer, forming therotative motion of body (1). On the upper end of the revolvingaxle (3) reducer (11) of the upper pair of electric motor-reducer(10) 11) is fitted ensuring the boudcing movements of the body(1). The left - and righ-handside arms (12, 13) of reducer (11)are connected to the left- and right sides of body (1),respectively. For the regulation of the force of bouncing, chutes(16) and arm (15) are provided pivotly connected to the chute andto the revolving axle (3).
