A method for Planning the direct link speed of high-speed Data Transmission in a Communication Network capable detransmitir at Variable Speed.According to the planning method of High Speed Data Transmission improves the utiilizacion enlacedirecto and decreases the transmission delay in Data Communication.Each Remote station is assigned a code channel for the duration of the primary communication with a cell.The secondary communication channels of various types and Transmission capabilities can be assigned by unplanificador channels for the planned transmission of Traffic Data at high speedOcidades.Secondary Code channels are allocated according to a set of System Goals, a list of parameters, and the data collected from the estaado The Communication Network.Secondary Code Channels can be grouped into sets of secondary channels.The Data are divided into Data frames and transmitted by the primariosy secunadarios channels which have been assigned to the scheduled users.The Invention also provides a device for implementing Said method.
