PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the fastening of a steel framed column to a steel framed beam by facilitating the installation of a joining from the outside of the steel framed column by means of a screw type attachment projection, and the attachment projection is set at a normal attachment position resulting from rotation of 90 degrees, when it is desired to attach a joint end of a steel framed beam to a joint portion of a steel framed column having an open or closed section shape. ;SOLUTION: When a steel framed column A and a steel framed beam B are jointed to each other, a positioning holder fitting 11 is attached to a joint fitting 1 having a screw type attachment projection 6 at a tip end of a bolt portion 2 of a strap bolt, the attachment projection 6 is inserted from the outside of the steel framed column A into an attachment slot 7 formed on a side plate a of a joint section of the steel framed column, and then rotated by 90 degrees; the joint fitting 1 itself is pulled toward the beam side, the attachment projection 6 is introduced between a pair of rotation preventing pieces 13, the attachment projection 6 is positioned and fixedly held in a normal horizontal state resulting from the rotation of 90 degrees, the bolt portion 2 is fixed to the side plate a by fastening a nut 4, a flat portion 3 is fastened by the bolt/nut while being overlapped with a beam flange, and the side plate of the steel framed column and a beam web are connected by a gusset plate 8 and the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
