PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for disassembling a contracted member, its attachment structure and a production system using the disassembling method which can easily and quickly remove the contracted member being contracted with the base material without damaging the base material. ;SOLUTION: This disassembling device 100A for disassembling a contracted member from a base material comprises a head part and a drum part, and the drum part is inserted in a contracting hole formed on the base material, and the head part is contracted with a peripheral edge part of the contracting hole in a manner to be a contracting status with the base material. In this case, the device has cutting parts 110, 120 for cutting the drum part from a direction nearly orthogonal with a drum part axial direction, a transfer means 140 for moving the cutting part forwards/backwards along the drum part axial direction, and an operation transforming part which activates the cutting part in nearly orthogonal direction against the drum part axial direction corresponding to forward/backward movements of the cutting parts 110, 120 by the moving means 140.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
