PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm the using state of information on a WWW server by means of an access log and also to estimate the future using state of the information. SOLUTION: A means 101 is provided to calculate plural indexes showing the access numbers from the access logs with different contents of calculation together with a means 102 which generates the sets of numeric values (index coordinate data) with every calculated index defined as a coordinate axis, a means 104 which accumulates the index coordinate data on every access object and a means 105 which reads out the accumulated index coordinate data on every access object in reply to the request of a user, converts the data into a visible display form to be plotted in a space where each index is defined as a coordinate axis and outputs the converted data to the user. In addition, a means 103 is provided as necessary to cluster those index coordinate data in every set of them having the similar features.
