PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cutting of a foil and irregularity in gloss on a dull surface by rewinding the foil while dropping and applying oil to the surfaces of two superimposed foils of a desired thickness and also trimming edges after the objective foil is superimposed between them without dropping the oil in between and low temp. annealing is executed, finish-rolling the superimposed foils obtd. by removing the aluminum foil on the outside surface of an obtained foil coil and then separating them. ;SOLUTION: The superimposed foil coil 3 is made by superimposing two aluminum foils 2 and winding them and the aluminum foil 2 is partially softened by applying the low temp. annealing at a prescribed temp. for a certain time to the superimposed foil coil 3. By rewinding the coil while dropping the oil 5 on the surfaces of the superimposed foils 4 in coil and trimming the edges, the coil 7 of the superimposed foils having oil layers is obtained. By removing one of the aluminum foils 2 having the oil layers, the coil 9 of the superimposed foils composing of a new two-ply superimposed foils 8 in a state that the oil is dropt in the interior is made. The superimposed foils 8 is finish-rolled to have a prescribed thickness, the foil is separated one by one and the extremely thin aluminum foil 10 with one glossy side having ≤5.0 μm winded thickness is obtd.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
