By rewinding the coil while dropping the oil 5 on the surfaces of the superimposed foils 4 in coil and trimming the edges, the coil 7 of the superimposed foils having oil layers is obtained. By removing one of the aluminum foils 2 having the oil layers, the coil 9 of the superimposed foils composing of a new two-ply superimposed foils 8 in a state that the oil is dropt in the interior is made.
