PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide PC blocks for constructing an eccentric strip footing of a building and a PC eccentric strip footing making use of the PC blocks to reduce a construction period of time, curtail a construction cost and equalize the eccentric strip footing by labor saving of the execution of the eccentric strip footing. ;SOLUTION: An eccentric strip footing PC block 1 (1A) having an L-shaped vertical section is formed of a horizontal footing constitution section 2 for constituting a footing and a vertical foundation beam constitution section 3 for constituting a footing beam. In that case, a bolt box and joint metal fixtures 4 for connecting the adjoining eccentric strip footing PC blocks 1 and 1 with high strength bolts are provided in the footing constitution section 2 and both end faces of the foundation beam constitution section 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
