PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bone fixing and reduce surgical operation time by forming a device used to reunite an excised part after operation, by providing a spring- shape claw hook for preventing detachment from the torchanter at the tip or both tips of a bone fixing staple to prevent detachment from the trochanter in an orthopedic artificial hip joint operation. SOLUTION: A greater trochanter hook that is a semi-oval ring-shaped device is formed by providing integrally a spring-shaped claw hook 3 for preventing detachment from the trochanter at the tip or both ends of a bone fixing staple 1, using a material such as a stainless alloy or an other alloy or the like. On this occasion, to use for re-uniting after the greater chanter is vertically divided, the width of the staple 1 and the length of the claw are made about 10 to 20 mm, and the thickness about 1 to 3 mm. The length of the claw is varied following the curve of the greater trochanter. The claw as the center of the greater trochanter is made longer, and a fixing claw hook 3 is formed at the tip of a curved spring portion 2 provided continuously from that portion to prevent detachment from the trochanter.
