PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of reducing maintenance such as wiping off an adhesive compound sticking on a metal pattern for cutting for forming the external shape of a product, in the case of a manufacturing method of a movable contact body for a panel switch used for an operation panel, etc., of various electronic apparatuses. ;SOLUTION: Relative to a flexible insulating sheet member 14 having an adhesive compound layer 11A, becoming adhesive when reacting to heat, formed in an inadhesive state on the whole surface of one side thereof, desired adhesive areas 12 are formed on the adhesive compound layer 11A by pressing a heated punch thereon in prescribed areas excluding positions where cutting is performed in a subsequent process and the vicinity thereof, dome-shaped movable contacts 1 are fastened to and held in the adhesive areas 12, and then cutting is performed in the cut positions of the insulating sheet member 14, or inadhesive areas 13 of the adhesive compound layer 11A, to form the external shape of a product. Therefore, the adhesive compound is less liable to stick in vain on cutting blades, etc., of a metallic mold for cutting, and the frequency of maintenance can be sharply reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
