PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectangular waveguide resonator band-pass filter of a group delay compensation type which can compensate the group delay time characteristic and also can reduce both an amplitude deviation and a group delay time deviation within a pass rectangular waveguide resonator band. ;SOLUTION: The 1st to (N/2)-th rectangular waveguide resonators and the (N/2+1)-th to N-th rectangular waveguide resonators are overlapped with each other and arranged in a U-shape and in the electric field direction inside a rectangular waveguide (N≥6). Then, the 1st to N-th rectangular waveguide resonators are mainly connected via a magnetic coupling circuit. Furthermore, the (N/2-1)-th rectangular waveguide resonator 10c is subconnected to the (N/2+2)-th rectangular resonator 10f via a capacitive coupling element 7a and the (N/2-2)-th rectangular wavegtuide resonator 10b is subconnected to the (N/2+3)-th rectangular waveguide resonator 10g via a capacitive coupling element 7b respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
