PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simply displayable the hysteresis of the preservation temperature of a product by making a coloring component composed of at least an electron-donating dye and an electron-accepting compound, a decolorizing component composed of at least a decolorizer, heating the decolorizing component to be a doughnut shape or a pattern shape, and starting a decolorizing operation. ;SOLUTION: A coloring component is composed mainly of an electron-donating dye and an electron-accepting compound. On the other hand, it is desirable that a decolorizing component is composed of a material having (A) a function which decolorizes the coloring component in a coloring state and (B) a function which keeps a supercooled liquid state even after a heating operation is cut off when it is heated once up to a molten state which freezes a structure while it is held at the glass transition temperature or lower of a supercooled substance and which repeats the supercooled liquid state when it is held at the glass transition temperature or higher of the supercooled substance.
