PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for the water section space of a dwelling and the water section space of the dwelling using the panel capable of contriving construction period reduction, cost reduction and the improvement or the like of factory working ratio. ;SOLUTION: In the water section space 2 of a dwelling formed of a wall face 3, a floor face and a ceiling face, the wall face 3 is formed by attaching a panel 14 in which a waterproof surface material 6d is integrally joined on an outer face structure having at least a heat insulator 14a or on the inside of the outer face structure on the opening part of a wooden building frame from the outside, a waterproof pan 4 is connected to the lower end of the wall face on the opening part of the building frame of the lower end side of the wall face 3 to be disposed, and the floor face is formed, waterproof ceiling 5 is arranged on the upper end of the wall face to form the ceiling face.
