PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the soundproof function in the frequency zone of 63-500 Hz in which problems arise in countermeasures of floor shock sound, and favorably retain the bearing force against heavy load and walkability.;SOLUTION: In this floor-vibration proof device, a cylindrical hermetically sealed space 4 is formed in the inside of an elastic body 3 interposed between a floor base material and a floor base. One end face in the axial direction of the elastic body 3 is positioned at the floor base material side face 5 positioned at the floor base material side and the other end face in the axial direction is positioned at the floor base side face 6 positioned at the floor base side. A fluid 7 is enclosed in the sealed space 4. A plate-shaped member 9 is provided at the front end of a structure 8 projected in the axial direction from one side of either of the base material side face 5 or base side face 6 to the inside of the sealed space 4. A plate-shaped structural body 10 having a hole 11 at the center is projected from the inner peripheral face of the cylindrical part of the elastic body 3 to the inside of the sealed space 4 to divide the sealed space 4 into two or more chambers in the axial direction. Narrow gaps 12 are formed between the outer periphery of the plate-shaped member 9 and the central hole 11 of the plate-shaped structural body 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
