PURPOSE:To realize the generation of design and manufacture information and revision information and transmission control over a drawing to manufacture points in foreign countries for design, manufacture, and design revision information in synchronism with domestic factories as to the design information offering control system for the foreign manufacture points which manufactures the same electronic equipment as domestic equipment. CONSTITUTION:An information processing unit 1 which holds the design and manufacture information on the electronic equipment performs the generation 10 of a foreign point initial sent drawing list by using the design information 14a and drawing control information 14b, sends it to the foreign manufacture point 7, and also registers the transmission contents of a foreign point information library 14e holding information on the foreign manufacture point. When the design is changed, foreign design revision information 14d corresponding to each foreign manufacture point is generated according to domestic design revision information and a drawing and a version list regarding the foreign design alteration are generated and sent.
